How do I fix this? Common candle issues
1. My candle is tunneling
- to fix this make sure you are always burning your candles for at least 3-4 hours.Â
- If nothing works, reach out! I would love to help
2. My candle wont stay lit
- Please make sure you are 100% always trimming the wicks on your candles before each burn. This will help prevent the candle from smothering itself out.Â
- Keep candles away from open drafts so it doesn’t blow out.Â
3. My candle is producing soot
- Did you trim your wick before burning? If you said no, then that’s likely the issue, no worries just blow it out, & trim the wick with wick trimmers or pinch off any excess charred wick with your fingers. If you don’t want or have either of those you can also use nail clippers
- Make sure the candle is not directly by or under something that has a draft. This can really fuel a wick to burn poorly
