Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and unlit.
  • You must provide:
    • A clear explanation of the issue
    • Photo proof of the product and the issue
    • Your order number or proof of purchase

Important Notes:

  • Returns without a valid reason or photo documentation may not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns for candles that have been lit, burned, or altered.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, Slowbrn is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly in these cases.
