Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking (if applicable) once your order is on the way.

Local Delivery ($5)

We offer $5 local delivery fee on all orders in Billings MT

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 days of purchase.
  • Weekend deliveries may vary depending on location and timing.
  • You’ll be notified once your order is out for delivery.

Note: Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and accessible.

Order Pick-up at Onyx Wellness (FREE)

Pick up your slowbrn goodies at Onyx Wellness located at 149 Shiloh Rd. Suite 6 in Billings MT! 

  • Orders are typically dropped off within 1-3 days of purchase
  • Weekend deliveries may vary depending on the time the order was placed
  • You’ll be notified once your order ready to pick up.

Please be sure to check operating hours of Onyx Wellness before making your way there! 

Standard Shipping (if applicable)

If you’re outside our local delivery range:

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS 
  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Issues

Once an order leaves our hands, Slowbrn is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
