#slowbrn Movement

Let’s face it—life’s been on fast-forward mode for quite some time. We’re constantly rushing to keep up, scrolling for just a sec (that turns into doomscrolling for hours), our nervous systems are overwhelmed, Anxiety is sky-high, and we’re feeling more disconnected from ourselves—and each other— more than ever before.

Sound familiar? Yeah… same.

That’s why I started the #slowbrnera movement

It’s not about quitting your life or throwing your phone in a lake (unless you really want to lol). It’s just about remembering to press pause on the to-do lists, the chaos of life and take a moment to step away from scrolling on the internet and do more of what actually makes you feel like you. Get back into your element. Feel inspired again. Get out of autopilot mode and into more “I’m doing this for me” energy.

Burnout? We don’t know her. 

Whether it’s journaling, walking your dog, lighting a candle, or simply sitting still and breathing—you’re already part of something bigger.
